noteissue is a project management and task tracking platform built for the way modern teams actually work — fast, voice-first, and increasingly side-by-side with AI. We started noteissue because the tools we used every day were either too heavy or too light: sprawling enterprise suites that took a week to configure, or a notes app that forgot everything by Friday. We wanted something that captured a bug the moment someone spotted it, turned a rambling meeting into a clean set of priorities, and handed work off to an AI agent without a copy-paste ritual.

noteissue is for makers and small teams who ship constantly — founders sketching a v1, engineers triaging bugs, designers filing improvements, and operators running meetings that should not vanish into thin air. Capture bugs, ideas, and improvements with a keyboard or your voice, organize them on a drag-and-drop board, and press one button to hand a task to Claude or another AI agent. Meeting recordings and voice notes are transcribed and summarized automatically, then synced where your agents can learn from them. Privacy is a default, not an upgrade: your data is isolated to your account and never shared across users.
